Apart Complex Aquamarine 

I went with family of four on 3rd august for two weeks . I read reviews and discard a lot that are picky so go with an open mind . This hotel is up a hill 500 yards from a lovely sandy beach.It is about 1000 yards from Obzor town . It is a lovely hotel ,clean ..new.. with air conditioning and large spacious rooms with kitchen and comfortable beds .The staff are lovely ..friendly and accommodating.The two waitresses were adorable and worked so hard (Alexandra and I forget the other dark haired ones name ). Rosie who is the reception manager could not do enough for us and is amazing. I am astounded by English people who say the locals are unfriendly ..You treat people nicely and you get the same back . One review said they dont clean the rooms ...ours was cleaned every day ..the cleaning staff are constantly working !! The food for breakfast was a varied buffet ..scrambled eggs sausage salad bread cheese ..I always found something to eat ..Its not a british fryup but you are not in England ..adapt ! . Evening meal was fixed menu but varied every day and good. The pool is lovely and we always found sunbeds by the pool .Nearly all the residents were Bulgarian or surrounding countries and it was heaven not to hear a single English voice complaining ..my idea of a holiday ! Ok we hired a car which allowed us to get to Obzor easier and go to waterparks ,sunny beach,the zoo.,nessebar and go into the mountains exploring ..only cost us a bit more than the taxi ride to and from the airport but depends how brave you are driving in bulgaria ! picked the car up at 3am and dropped it at 3am at the airport ..simple If you want a relaxed holiday for sun and pool every day and a walk down to the beach then this hotel is perfect I love Bulgaria and we all loved this hotel ..Thank you all at Aquamarine for an amazing stay .
