Casa Martinez is open from 1st June to 15th September each year. All rooms have en suite shower, air conditioning, mini fridge, cable TV, safe and a terrace overlooking the sea. The beach is only 5 meters from the edge of the property and there is a well kept garden between the guest house and a bar on the promenade. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. Cars can be parked inside the front garden and to the side of the house. The guest house has been modernised throughout and is spotless. Cold drinks and coffee/tea can be bought at reception. Prices are very reasonable ranging from 44 Bulgarian leva per night in low season to 55 leva in high season for a double room. There is also an apartment (2 rooms and kitchen) which costs between 88 and 132 leva according to the season. Obzor is good for family holidays on the beach. All guests seem to have their own transport and arrive by car. We came upon this guest house by chance and can thoroughly recommend it.
