At first I was a bit sceptical with the lack of reviews for the chalet and the host's request to leave earlier than planned. BUT, a huge BUT! The place is superb. So happy we spent a whole week there. The nature around is magnificent, there so many things to see. The host Mary is very nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. Always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The chalet itself is roomy and very clean, cozy as if you are at home. The internet connection was dropping from time to time, but as general was very good. There is a PlayStation (bring your own games) and Netflix. Definitely will visit again! Next time will book dirctly thru skichaletsatpamporovovillage.com to save on the commission and fees. The host Mary refunded us for early checkout + sent a small gift for my mum's birthday that we celebrated there. So kind of her <3 Highly recommend the chalet- it is a hidden gem!
