My husband and I were quite reluctant when we booked our holiday in Golden Ina hotel. The hotel reviews were quite contradicting, but at the end of our stay, we were beyond satisfied from our hotel experience. Starting with the reception desk to the Ukrainian staff at the restaurant to the cleaning ladies from house keeping, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Special Thanks to the Head of Reception Borislava Lefterova (Bobby), who took care of us from the moment we arrived at the hotel. She even helped me with organizing my husband’s birthday and we created unforgettable memories at Golden Ina Hotel. I want to mention Ira and Yana, the Ukrainian girls from the restaurant, who worked diligently and greeted everyone with a smile, despite their hard work. We had a theme night every night of our stay and we got to taste the cuisine of the Orient, America, Italy, Spain and Asia. I would highly recommend Golden Ina hotel and we will certainly return there again. PS. Don’t forget to ask for Bobby at the reception desk! She is a true Superstar!
