Good location, free parking. Nice friend stuff, good food at the restaurant. Perfect place for a sunny holiday. Everything what you need in the apartment ( furniture, kitchen equipment, towels, blankets )

Perfect holiday

The aparthotel was a perfect choice. Well positioned between the Vlas town square with all its shops and restaurants, the marina with its high end restaurants and the gorgeous beaches with fabulous beach bars /cafes. 
The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. It was basic bit perfect for everything we needed on holiday. Tip - take tea/coffee, a jay cloth, tea towel, and mini washing up bottle. Everything else is there (complimentary toiletries, loo rolls, towels). 
The pool is very clean and well cared for. The on site restaurant is one of the best in the area and reasonable. 
All the  hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the manager is charming. Our kettle didn't work on arrival and a new one was brought to our room within 5 mins. 
Literally couldn't fault it & would certainly return.

Perfect Family holiday destination

We have recently stayed at Olymp apartments & we loved the apartment it was clean & our rooms were cleaned every day. The staff were friendly & helpful. There is a restaurant on site the staff here are lovely. We will definately stay here again & would recommend it

Honeymoon/family holiday

Lovely apartment, very very clean.  Fantastic staff, very friendly and hard working.  I would highly recommend this complex - the area is lovely and clean.  It is quiet but there are several places to eat and drink nearby and it is close to the beach.

Fantastic value for money

Very nice apartment block, great location in Vlas, easy bus routes and close to amenities. The grounds are well maintained. As a family we rented 3 separate apartments which varied in size but, none of them had a cleaner visit or change of towels the whole duration of the stay. There is an on site restaurant that serves nice food. 

Very nice apartment block

Great location, only 300m to the beach and just over 1km to the marina. Nice, clean big pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Garden is very neat and shrubs block the view from the street making it very private. The restaurant has a good selection of food and nice service, but food for a family of 13 was coming at different times. They did however decorated the table for my uncle's birthday.
The apartments are very spacious and comfortable with enough cupboards and wardrobe spaces. The only downside is that you need to keep track if your room was cleaned or not as this is only done every 3 days. Unfortunately our bathroom wasn't cleaned in and out, just the toilet which wasn't good especially that we had no shower curtain or screen and all the water was splashing outside. Toilet paper is also something that they only seem to bring on cleaning days and there's nothing to wash your pots with. Kitchen is equipped in all essentials like pots, pan, crockery, cutlery but some apartments lack of chopping boards or sharp knives.  There's aircon in every room or even two. The area however is very clean and well maintained.
The nearest supermarket is on the doorstep and is well stocked up. There are restaurants nearby and other shops with souvenirs and necessities. 
The area is ideal if you don't want to be surrounded by parties, but it's close enough that you can take public transport. 

Great stay 

Very impressed with the customer service for theses apartments, cute little booth outside the apartments, easy check in, they even gave directions to our taxi driver on how to find the place. We had booked an apartment with a balcony but were upgraded to a pool view apartment with a washing machine. Apartments were spacious, clean, well maintained and had a large balcony. Plentiful supply of toiletries and towels and air con in the lounge worked well. Food in the restaurant was beautifully prepared and very tasty but half board guests did not get a choice of meal and had to eat between 6-7pm and breakfast was not available before 8.30am.Breakfast was on a 3 day rota -cheese on toast, egg, sausage and cheese and then omelette on the 3rd day. One day we asked for butter to go with the bread provided and were told we would have to pay extra for it. You only got a single drink at breakfast so couldn’t have juice and coffee and fresh fruit was never available. One evening we opted to eat from the menu and the food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The grounds of the apartments were very well maintained, the pool was large and clean and there were always sun beds available. The WiFi around the pool was poor and was non existent in the apartments. When we showed our booking confirmation that stated we had booked an apartment with WiFi, we were provided with a mobile device which worked for the first day only. Overall a very enjoyable stay, lovely and peaceful. Air con in the bedroom, WiFi and a choice of food would have made this a perfect place to stay.

The hotel is located near the beach, the food at the resort's restaurant was to our taste with reasonable prices. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious.
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The linens were never changed during the 8 nights I stayed. The towels had stains on them and were not changed. Our luck was that we had the washing machine and we washed them. The kitchen utensils were dirty. I only had shampoo and soap if I asked.
When the cleaning ladies came, they took the garbage, left the toilet paper and quickly Washed the floor with dirty water. 
Free parking can be found if you are lucky because it is not very big. Instead, they have underground parking at 10 levs for 24 hours where the car is safe and have elevators to be able to transport luggage from the car to the room.
If you want the invoice is hard to get.
The pool is clean and not too crowded.

Holiday in Bulgaria

The rooms were not being cleaned properly - the lady just mopped the floor without hoovering first. There was a bad smell in the kitchen pipe which was not taken care of. The greatest concern was safety - mains sticking out of walls with exposed cables, power cuts, scalding hot tap, which burned my arm and no supervision at night, leading to broken bottles in corridors and loads of noise.

Safety concerns and dirty rooms

This hotel experience was just awful. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet had a brown stain in it. Meanwhile the floors were extra dirty, the cleaning crew didn’t come for the first week but the next week they came twice. Also I would like to point out that the pool was so dirty and wasn’t even cleaned. The food at their restaurant was alright but the overall experience was awful.
