One of the best hostels we stayed at in bulgaria. Very helpfull and warm host will give you any help you need. Large room, good bed,good shower, working airco. Everything is nearby, center,shops,castle,bars,river... go there! Enjoy

My friend and I stayed at Guesthouse Veliko and had a lovely time! The location was great and we cannot say enough great things about the owners. They were so warm and welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. Rooms and facilities were very clean, and the guesthouse had a great location!! Will definitely be staying here again :)

Recently taken over by a lovely couple from England, this guest house offered fantastic accommodation at a very reasonable price.  Our room was large, extremely clean and very comfortable with a good sized en suite.  It was warm - very effective air conditioner.  Bed was comfortable and there was also a sofa and TV.

The guest house is in a great spot in the old town, down a small, quiet side street but with a good view of St Cyril on the hill and very close to all amenities - including restaurants, craft antique shops, museums and the castle.  We'll definitely visit again!

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The owners very helpful and kind.everything is very tidy. No street noise. We slept very well. Very good price.I personally was not fond of the shower but the overall place was so nice and such good value for money it didn't really matter

Cheap and cheerful

The Guesthouse Veliko Tarnovo was the best solution when we arrived in Veliko Tarnova with no hotel reservation. A very pleasant old man with perfect English showed us the rooms.
The price was 25 euro for a double room, free wifi, cable TV, no car parking. The rooms were clean and equipped with the necessary, on the other hand the bathroom didn’t seem so fresh. The beds were quite comfortable, but starting from 5 am it was impossible to sleep because the windows are old and made of wood, and you can hear all the noise from the street made by the cars or people that like to party till the morning. Besides this, the location it’s perfect, it’s very close to the main attraction of the city: Tsarevets fortress.
