This is the second time staying with Ramada Hong Kong Grand. I feel thankful for the room arrangement of duty manager Ms. Sandy Lau, and the front office team was well managed also. Moreover, the housekeeping team was very helpful and they cleaned my room well. Hope that they could maintain the service quality and the cleanliness of the rooms.
