I am an American who stayed here for 14 nights for business. The stay was excellent, staff knew enough English that I always had what I needed. Housekeeping came everyday to clean my room and did a superb job. I had my laundry done at the hotel for a charge since it was such a long stay, and they did an amazing job! They returned all clothing in sealed bags and all items were wrinkle free. The rooms are older but still clean and well-kept with no problems to speak of.They do keep the AC off during the day but they were quick to bring me a large tower fan to help with this. In fact, I asked for one down at the desk, and the fan was waiting by my door when I returned to my room.
