As the name indicates, the hotel is centrally located. We had Club rooms and checked in on the club floor. The Club team were very helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. I was able to pay for an extra late check out (6pm) which was very helpful. Breakfast was extensive and served downstairs in the impressive salon. Soy bean milk was available.

    What was good

    Such an incredible hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The service, the stuff, the interior were absolutely perfect. It was my first visit to Shanghai and thanks to the hotel the city made a great impression on me. I was late checking in but the receptionist was really polite and helpful, so I could check in with no problem. What is valuable for me is the quality of furniture and overall room state. All in all, I’m satisfied with the experience of staying
