I have to say that we weren’t sure what to expect when coming here as the price was so reasonable. However, this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The service was excellent and the facilities clean and well looked after. The outdoor pool was fabulous. My one comment would be to provide more parasols around the pool for the Shanghai heat. Would happily stay here again.
