During my business trip on March 2026, It was my first time stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund and experienced the top-notch service of a luxury hotel. From the personal concierge's greeting before check-in to the swift and efficient check-in process, and the concierge's assistance with restaurant reservations and taxi bookings during my stay, I was truly impressed. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the cleaning services and furnishings were tailored to my preferences, making me feel very comfortable. I also enjoyed the Waldorf's signature Eggs Benedict, the Chinese restaurant's cuisine and exquisite ambiance, and I highly recommend the Long Bar. The staff and bartenders were incredibly professional, and their detailed explanations and interactive demonstrations transported me back to the glorious era of 1864, making for a very pleasant evening. It's clear that the hotel management places great emphasis on details, anticipating the needs of their guests and providing exceptional thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this hotel.
