Since 2019 we have enjoyed staying at Jingan St Regis when we visit Shanghai. Staff are courteous, efficient and helpful, and we are impressed with their professionalism and hospitality. The concierge led by Frankie is well organised and informative. Two housekeeping ladies on the 66th floor always quickly respond to our request. William, Pol and Stephen try their best to improve the standard of food and beverage in the Social. The excellent food and service provided by Eva in Yan Ting is commendable. Diana in the front desk helps us to go shopping, while our mobile phones are unable to place orders online. We highly recommend this hotel to international holidaymakers when they look for a luxury place to stay in the city centre.
