I have stayed here several times in the past 3 years . The hotel is a 5 star based on its competition in this area . You are in a more industrial area of Shenzhen so none of the fancier name hotels have locations here . The staff are very nice and helpful but English is limited depending who is at the front desk. Rooms are clean and quite spacious and comfortable . The hotel is clean and has a very good Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor for Dim Sum . Starbucks is only 50 feet away . They have a spa and a pool if you have time to try. Reasonably priced . I am a repeat customer and plan to stay again in the coming months This hotel has my recommendation !
