Great location, very friendly host and the self catering option allows some relief from the high bar and restaurant prices. The room was ready before time, relatively easy to find(just find Markus restaurant) and head up the stairs before it and right to the top.

Our apartment was really spacious, very well equipped, lovely sun terrace and couldn’t be any more convenient for all sights in the Old Town of Split. Great for families and convenient to be able to nip back for some cool down time in the heat! The owner is really helpful too and gave us lots of information. Highly recommended.

A cool, calm, clean oasis right in the heart of the old town.Good guidance on how to access the property - it's right in the middle of things and a bit tricky to find but the detailed instructions made it easy. Very friendly and accommodating communication with the manager.Beautiful views over the rooftops.Well-equipped and spotlessly clean.

Great location, historical unique property, fantastic host, easy great communications

We stayed for two nights in the studio and the place looked exactly like the photos, maybe even slightly more spacious. The studio is enough space for a couple and has everything that you need. Air con, a safe, spacious bathroom, basic kitchen facilities.The host was so accommodating when it came to arranging how to pay and did so around us and our schedule. He also was very helpful in providing us with bag drop info. Also, I can't fault the location. Walking distance from everywhere on a quaint street.

We stayed in Split for just one night (family of four). Our apartment was like a cool oasis in the middle of the old town. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and we received a nice bottle of wine and fresh fruit on arrival. Ivica blew us away with his helpfulness. He went out of his way to assist us with everything we wanted to know, including best/cheapest parking, our trip to Dubrovnik the next day (how to get there in terms of least traffic, best views, where to eat lunch on the way etc). We were just so appreciative of how nice he was even when we were only staying for such a short time. His advice ensured we were able to maximise our time there. Don’t hesitate to book this place.  

Mr. Ivica, such a good looking and hospitable person, owner of the apartments, never met such a host ever before. The apartment was no less than a 5 star hotel room, such a warm welcome we received when we reached late in the night. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, box of biscuits, toffees, fruits. He had the receipt all ready for us even before the payment was done. Maps, brochures, guides all ready kept by the door side. He even helped me get up my bag till the apartment and down as well on our day of departure. Very helpful indeed.

The room also was done up so beautifully, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Warm and cosy place with comfortable beds, bright lights, spic and span, spacious apartment and centrally located. 

I had requested for an iron and an ironing board, that too was arranged within such a short span.

How thoughtful of him to get us donuts on the day we were leaving for our onward journey.

I highly recommend this place in Split.

The host was amazing.  Ivica was so kind and friendly with my family.  We booked transportation to the apartment with him so he was waiting for us upon arrival and gave us history and tips on the area on the drive to the apartment in a clean, large, comfortable car.  The apartment was immaculate and exactly like the pictures show. The air conditioner made the room so cool and refreshing after the hot sun and humidity.  The bathroom was large and everything was so spotless.  The location can't be beat, right in the old town and walking distance to everything!  The kitchen was just the right size to hold a some groceries and enjoy my coffee in the morning without waking up my kids. 

The downside - The only negative was the wifi did not work well at all.  My kids were unable to use any streaming in the evening on their ipads and I had to use my cellular data in order to access the internet.  I would say it worked only about 50% of the time.  I didn't complain to him so it may have been an easy fix.  Also, do not take long showers as after about 2 showers, the water would go cold and we had to wait for the water to heat up again.

Can't say enough about the apartment and the property manager.  He met us at the property even though we arrived much later than anticipated.  He showed us around the apartment, gave us tips on what to see and do in the area, walked us around the palace area - and gave us great recommendations on how to locate street parking for our stay.  Extremely helpful and accessible during our stay.  The balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails was very enjoyable.  We loved our stay in Split and would highly recommend this property.

Amazing apartment in the center of Split

Four of us stayed as a family for 2 nights to attend a wedding in Split. Our room had 2 double beds, a decent bathroom with a very powerful shower, good air conditioning, good wifi, and a small kitchen area with fridge etc and a table. The location is excellent - in the heart of the old town. There's a couple of flights of stairs but it wasn't a problem for us. Our host was superb - we were glad we had paid to be collected at the airport (40 euros) as he gave us lots of good advice about where to eat and also most of the hotels in the old town are not accessible by car. If you don't know the area well then you ideally want someone with you who does. Once you've found the apartment then the lack of cars or motorbikes on the narrow streets becomes a benefit. There is a small supermarket within a minutes walk and a cash point a few feet from the apartment. I can't promise you'll get the same but there was a bottle of wine and cake on arrival from our host and donuts on our way home (an 8am trip back to the airport). He couldn't have been more helpful - we felt really welcomed. Everyone we met in Split in the bars, shops etc spoke reasonable English - most had free wifi if you asked for the code. It's a gorgeous place - I had no idea it was so beautiful. The main Diocletian Palace Square has music in the evening. My advice would be to take cash or go to the cash point - quite a few places had 'broken' credit card machines but there are lots of cash points.
