My parents just stayed at the guest house, myself and my family met the owners and they were very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond helping my parents and my families needs. 
I would recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely place with wonderful owners

Everything perfect. We rented a room in this guesthouse the second time in 2018 because it was so nice in May 2018 thus we decided to go again in September.
Rooms are very clean. The bed is comfortable, I slept like a baby. Every room has a small kitchen. Cooking equipment, plates, glasses etc. all is available. Microwave and hairdryer are also in the room. Wifi is free. Pool and pool area is clean too. Beach is directly in front of the house. Small supermarket and restaurants are in walking distance. Dont know what else I can write...it was perfect and the owner are so kind. We will come back for sure in 2019! I can only recommend this guest house.

Second stay and perfect again

Stay was very nice. Rooms are very clean. Interior is clean. Bed is comfortable. They offer you towels for your stay. In the room and also at the pool. Also complementary shower gel and shampoo and lotion is available. Hairdryer is also in the bathroom. We booked a room with smal kitchen. You can cook, microwave availavle. Fridge is there to cool your beer.  The balcony has a fantastic view. Table and chairs are there to enjoy a nice evening or breakfast. The host Ingrid and her husband were so lovely and helpful. Pool is available and big enough. Also parking lot available. The hotel is directly at the beach. (No sand only little stone, if you want to go swim sugest to bring water shoes). Restaurants are in walking distance maybe 3 min. A small supermarket with moderate prices is also there 5 min walking. You can drive to Zadar in 20 min. It was a perfect stay, I felt like home. If I should ever come back to this area I would definately book again. 

PERFECT

Definitely one of the places you want to be for short holiday. Hosts, Ingrid and her husband, are very nice and helpful. Their service makes you feel like at home. Rooms are clean and comfortable, price is very good and you can make reservation 10min before arrival.
