You will never get it back. You will never get an answer if you call there. You will never get the respond to your question on email and you can write three times. The hotel not communicate with people they left it.
They dont clean the room every day.
They dont change towels.
The music at the breakfast and dinner bufet is to loud.

Forget something at the hotel?

So this is there hotel….pretty disgusting. There food is so bad that some people I lived with god food poisoning and threw up in the night plus the cake has mold on it. 

But if we have to talk about the hotel….
There is leaking dirty water down and we told them and asked for at bucket but they didn’t care. 

It smells everywhere! 

Look at the meatballs - do you want to eat it? Or not? 

Plus you can barely communicate with them because the can’t speak English witch is very unprofessional. 

This hotel is not it.

The world’s most disgusting hotel (hotel fit fun)

Simply AWFUL. This place has its days of glory well over. Impossible to get a decent rest in beds where your bottom is literally on the floor (I’ve never seen beds so bad, they would have collapsed if they weren’t held by wooden blocks underneath - hilarious). Not to mention broken heating, no running hot water, disgusting swimming pool, food wasn’t great either. The cleaners are not even using a hoover, the staff there tries to be helpful, unfortunately that is the only thing they can do. We have been served by a waitress wearing green trainers😂 I only feel sorry for the fish in super dirty - mouldy fish tanks. So overall I have seen plenty of FUN things in this place, nothing FIT about it though!!

DISASTER...AVOID!!!

We didn't expect much because we knew the hotel is old and we paid less than the normal price. We are 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) and we were given a big apartment with complete facilities except wifi (not a problem, at all). 
There is a play area near the bar, there's also sauna, swimming pool,  and many more. I thought this is just the right place for the whole family with good value for money. The food was ok, nothing special... breakfast buffet was also good - there's many to choose from.

Had a good time!

Great Food. Beautiful room. I recommend coming here over the weekend, having nice lunch and use beautiful pool. I love this place as it feels like being in a different world. The atmosphere  is awesome, the fit fun is very romantic and the level of service is great. 

WOW 

I'm sad having to write this as I'm from the Czech republic. I was very disappointed by this hotel, customer service was non existent, rooms just as if the time has stopped 20 years ago, food average, I certainly won't be going back there

Not a pleasant experience

Terrible hotel. Old dirty and extremely bad service. Food is terrible. Restaurant which is more like a canteen us dirty and the service is not existing. Even breakfast is terrible. Do not get fooled by the 3 stars, it is not in any aspect deserved.
