Nice place for family holidays. We were here during Christmas and New Year and I must say, everything was nice. Nice, perfectly clean room. Beds for little kids are for free. Food was excelent. Stuff had a problem with english, but owner skeas very well. We can recommend

Ubytování je jednoduché, ale v pohodě. Ideální pro partu kamarádů nebo rodinu s dětmi, kterých tam pobíhalo spoustu. Nečekejte luxus, i když cena je vyšší. Celkové hodnocení je tedy prostě OK.
Bohužel personál není moc milý. Skoro nikdo nezdraví a jsou neochotní. Ani jednou se nikdo neusmál nebo nepoděkoval (zatímco my se snažili děkovat pořád, bez odezvy). Měli jsme pocit, že otravujeme, když se tam chceme ubytovat (zvláštní!)
Polopenze byla výborná. Večeře i snídaně chutnala skvěle.
Dobré umístění hotelu přímo na sjezdovce Portášky.
ENGLISH:
Accommodation is simple but OK. Ideal for a bunch of friends or a family. Do not expect luxury, even if the price is higher. The overall rating is just OK.
Unfortunately, the staff is not very nice. All of them were unpolite and unhelpful. No one ever smiled or thanked (while we were always trying to thank, no response). We felt like we were poisoning when we wanted to stay there (strange!)
Half board was excellent. Dinner and breakfast tasted great (really delicious potato soup and homemade blueberry pie)
Good location right on the skislope of Portasky.

Jednoduché dobré ubytování, nepříjemný personál (simple OK accommodation, poor service)

The owner won't this review, I think we're good. Now, we start.

Rooms: terrible. The bed-to-room-area ratio is abysmal. We were in a room with four beds and there was no room to walk around. There were three plugs, but one working plug for the four of us.

Food: incredibly disgusting and expensive. This place has 5-star restaurant prices, but is many times worse than McDonald's. For a Svíčková, you have to pay 300Kč. For the sauce. For the dumplings, it's 100Kč per dumpling. You could be very well looking at a 700Kč, or a $27 meal, that is worse than a fast food chain. 

Service: there is no service. It's you, the restaurant employees and the manager, who is really agressive.

Location: it is actually nice. It's on top of a  ski slope and is quite practical.

In conclusion: DO NOT stay to this place. It is seriously overpriced for what it is and is not worth the location.

TERRIBLE PLACE.

After a misunderstanding with other place nearby we were looking for a place to sleep for new years night. Chata Portasky offered us sort of a "room for service" so we were very pleased that we found anything. After sleeping there, but spending new years evening in other place we were charged 1800 CZK per person for new year party that we didnt participate in. Owners were impolite enough to offer to give us a bottle of wine that in their opinion we were granted in new years offer. We feel tricked, because we told them that we only want room for sleeping and we will spend the party with friends in other place. Also the food is bad. We will never return and we advise you to be very careful with that place.

Avoid this place

Avoid this place, very bad food and unorganized staff and worn furniture in all rooms. Moulds in showers and dog fouls all around the property. 
Noisy in rooms 1 & 2 from " family room next to them and restaurant underneath. 
Definitely overpriced and the service is not reflected the price paid.
