This is a 6 bedroom villa for 12 people. The villa has a spacious outdoor area with a furnished covered terrace, a 25 meter pool, Jacuzzi for 12 people, shower, outdoor barbecue area and a large terrace with sun loungers.

The spacious living room has double-height ceilings, a comfortable seating area with a sofa and a bar (drinks not included) with a large flat-screen TV. From the living room guests have access to the terrace, where there is a second living room with sofas, TV, and a billiard table.

The villa is fully air conditioned and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The interior is modern in style with simple and minimal decor, with white and neutral furnishings combined with a few touches of Caribbean style.

The villa has a cook and a maid.

One bedroom is located on the lower floor and has 2 single / twin beds that can be combined into a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe, bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) and shower, and access to the terrace overlooking the pool, garden and golf course.

The villa has 2 master bedrooms with 2 single / twin beds each that can be combined into a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, dressing room and furnished balcony overlooking the golf course. One master bedroom has a bathroom with double sinks, shower and bathtub, while the second master bedroom has a bathroom with double sinks and double showers.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have 2 single beds that can be combined into a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe, bathroom with double vanity and double shower, and a furnished balcony overlooking the golf course.

The last bedroom has 2 single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with double vanity, shower and bathtub.
