This is for someone who is looking for health spa experience longer term stay,or you can visit just for the relaxing hot thermal water soak and/or massage after hiking or skiing in the Mavrovo national park and continue to lake Ohrid.

I just came back from Kosovrast where I spent 10 days.I was very unsure at the beggining considering I was on my own but as soon as I got there I realized that in Kosovrast is like a big family.I was very welcomed and had great time.Staff was very helpful,polite and very hardworking.The water was just amazing.All the morning is spent with therapies and afternoon I use to spent the time chating to people or go for walk by the river.If you think to go and don't like too many people avoid October especially up to 20th because is very busy and you have to wait before you are called for the therapies.After the 20th was just perfect.There are many places around if you would like to go out for the afternoon.A good 10 mins body massage is only 5 euros a day on top of the price.I defenitely reccomend Capa Spa and  I will return.Thank you for everything.

This is not a spa for beauty treatments etc. A lot of guests are sent to them by the government. They also have a lot of private guests from, Macedonia, Albania, Serbia and other neighbouring countries. They have 100's of day or staying guests every day. The staff are amazing how they manage to treat so many guests continually.On the first day the doctor discusses your issues, and prescribes 3/ 4 treatments a day. We had no problems as such( something they are not used to ) so being partly true we said that we both suffered from bad backs. They prescribes daily treatments of mud therapy, electro therapy and minerals soaks in pool. They are reputed to have water with the highest mineral composition in Europe, which is very therapeutic. They offered paid massages foe € 5 yes 5 each for 10 minutes. I love massages and have had them all over the world, and typically prefer one for at least 1 hour. I was not pleased, and decided to try one. The masseur was great, and I now understand that a 10 minute massage can be very healing. It was well executed, worked exclusively on my back ( affected area!!!) I liked it so much that I booked one for every day for my 10 day stay and really enjoyed them. At some stage I had another masseur, both of them were excellent. Their food was average, but not a great choice for vegetarians...in all fairness they did try very hard to best accommodate my wife who is a vegetarian. On the last day they asked about our satisfaction level. I said I was pleased but would have preferred if they had facials, beauty massages, manicures, pedicures and hair treatments which I would have happily paid extra for. He said I should have mentioned this earlier because they have all they had here and the additional treatments I spoke about at their other hotel ( BANJIST). I looked at the info and was so disappointed that I did not choose that in the first place. I spoke to them and will probably be going there next feb( they may be shut for upgrading). We had booked the suite, it was huge, and considering the price it was excellent.

Wow, I have staying in Kosovrast Resort And Spa, and if you are planning to visit Diber in near future you have to visit this place as well, I hope you will enjoy and what is more important people are very friendly!

Kosovrasti Spa is situated near the river Radika, at the begining of the Debar Like. This place, near the amazing Mavrovo region in R. of Macedoia is one of the most beutifull in each time of year, outm, winter, spring, summer. Too natural and clean, the air, the water, the food. Amazing medical and hospitality personal. And, the most important matter: the quality of the water for man"s body in tha spa center is on the first place in Europe with temperature of 41 C , and too reach with sulphur and other minerals.
