Stayed at the hotel for two nights with friends. Rooms were quiet & had plenty of space. The room, bathroom s & dining halls were all very clean. Enjoyed two excellent dinners prepared by Chef Cristophe. Very relaxing & family friendly environment.

This is a great little family run Auberge within easy striking distance of the must see Conques. Rooms are small but well equipped and clean. The stairs would be  a challenge for the infirm. The evening meal excellent and served on the terrace  , good value. Few rooms and even on a Monday in mid September it was fully booked. Reserve well before your planned stay.

The Auberge is very pleasant and set in the centre of a small village. The co-owner, Stephanie, could not have been more helpful and hospitable. The cuisine is also excellent, in the capable hands of Christophe the other co-owner and husband of Stephanie. This is a very comfortable Auberge which represents excellent value and I will certainly try to stay again for longer.

I've stayed at this family run Auberge several times with a large group of friends. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful region of Aveyron. The rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The rate we opted for was bed, breakfast and evening meal. The breakfast was a simple self service type with fruit juice, croissants and cake from the local bakery, home made bread, coffee/ tea, yoghurt, fruit purée etc. The restaurant serves excellent hearty, traditional home cooked food, four courses in total.
I would definitely recommend this Auberge as a base to explore the beautiful region. 

The simplicity of the place was just right for us. Friendly staff, decent food and very quiet.
The "terrasse" is a lovely place to dine on home tasty cooked food, no frills, but very good cheese board.
The room needs a little TLC but was very clean. 
No problem to park the car and not hassled to vacate on departure day.
Would stay here again anytime.

Great value and very convenient for the beautiful area of Aveyron . This is a small family run inn , not fancy but more than adequate . We had a very large room , clean and nicely decorated , good shower . Breakfast was fine , more or less self service Continental style with bread , jam , croissants , cake , fruit pots and yoghourts . There is a restaurant which is also very reasonably priced serving home made family style food , again not fancy but good wholesome traditional cooking . As this inn is run by a family there are small children around so if that worries you then this could be a problem for you . The wife appears always to be in a hurry and could be construed as a little brusque but underneath this whirlwind appearance I think she is actually quite pleasant . She has a good level of English but you need to ask her to use it if you can't understand her fairly fast French .  St Cyprien itself is not particularly noteworthy but it has plenty of shops and is a good base for touring the fabulously pretty villages and scenery nearby .

The place to stay near Conques

When we told the lady owner of bad smells in en suite and black sludge coming back up the shower tray she said she was aware if it!!  They just treat the drains once a year  - but obviously not before our stay!!  We were left to suffer a three night stay as payment was unrefundable and her attitude was grim towards us.  We could not wait to leave.  As long as they get paid they could not care less!!
