on the edge of town close major road access and big shopping centre. evreux can make a good base if travelling to normandy from paris etc. rooms quite big and very clean. friendly owners speaks enough english for non francophones. looked like a much better choice than immediately adjacent hotel F1 that i accidently tried to check into first!
