Gite le Verger

Arriving after a long journey you feel you have arrived somewhere special with beautiful grounds. The inside is beautifully decorated but also extremely comfortable. Your hosts Anthony and Marc are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The beds and pillows are great and the bathrooms are well appointed with separate showers and baths. There are seven ensuite bedrooms and it would therefore make a great place to go with a group of friends for the weekend. We stayed two nights and both days had a delicious breakfast with good coffee. Your hosts will arrange excursions like fishing, golf and visits to chateau and are very knowledgeable about the area. There is no problem with the language as Anthony speaks English. Personally we would rather stay at Le Verger than a chateau as it is more comfortable.
