Au détour du Mont

My partner and I were the only ones here for the night, so had the whole place to ourselves! Located not too far away from the Mont Saint Michel (15 minute drive), has a view of the MSM 30 meters away and is in a quiet, cute little village! The breakfast was amazing! baguette, homemade plum and apricot jams, homemade cakes, croissants, yogurt, tea and coffee (more than you can drink!) and juice. Enough that even the biggest of breakfast eaters can't finish it all! The rooms are a great size - can walk all around the bedroom and there is tea and coffee facilities in the room. The 'lounge' room has space for your belongings (drawers and hangers), tv and chairs. Shower room has a good size shower, plenty of hot water and a hair dryer (one thing less to pack if you normally use one!) and towels. Toilet on the floor is spacious too. Only downside I can see being possible are the the walls and floors may make more noise the more people there are staying - as we were the only ones (being at the end of october just after rain) we didn't have any problems. The Owner was very nice and helpful - sent us to a good restaurant at the mont saint michel, where they offered us a free welcome drink because we were staying here... Would stay here again if it was out of peak season again!
