Very pleased with our stay. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. The location is excellent as loads of restaurants walking distance including a McDonalds.

Enough space for 3 people, clean and had shower and toilet inside room.

Excellent value and convient to autoroute. Better than expected breakfast for type of hotel and very reasonable. Very helpful staff.

Considering the last time i stayed at the hotel it was less than inviting, this stay was completely the opposite. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the outside was tidy and in much better condition. An altogether better experience.

The whole complex was looking tired. The room was comfortable enough for one night before a Calais crossing. The auto Check In was easy.Off putting was the abandoned van outside réception full of rubbish which had clearly been there for some time.All in all the hotel felt as if it was just left.

Room was clean and tidy ,staff was very helpful ,would recommend this B&B to my friends .

Booked en route to Calais.  Had breakfast which was excellent value.  Short walk to town.  Also facilities close to hotel. Room was spotless would definitely use again

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It's one of the older B&B hotels, but still perfectly adequate for an overnight stop if you're travelling with dogs from Calais to the Algarve. The location is excellent and there are restaurants and supermarkets close by. The beds are very comfortable and they have lovely showers.

Perfect place to stay for one night

This was our second stay at this budget hotel.

We were allocated a ground floor room at the back of the hotel and were able to park right outside the room, which was perfect.  The room was very quiet and the bed was unbelievably comfortable; much more comfortable than my bed at home!

There was plenty of hot water and the shower was very powerful.

Tip: Bring your own kettle as the rooms do not have one.  There is a microwave in reception for anyone to use.

Cheap and cheerful with very comfortable beds

Perfectly adequate hotel for an overnight stay.

We needed somewhere to stay for one night before boarding the Eurotunnel back to the UK and this hotel was perfect.  It was our first time driving in France and we needed a hotel that was easy to get to, and this was the ideal place to stay as it is just off the A16 and easy to find.

The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was very powerful.  The only thing the room didn't have was a kettle, but as we knew this when we booked, we brought our own.

There are a few restaurants within a 5-minute walk and we tried Panda Wok, which was excellent.

Perfectly adequate with plenty of free parking

We have used this hotel on several occasions and it delivers what it promises generally.  It is rather old now and looking a bit tired, but our room was spotlessly clean.  This time we had a disabled room, obviously more spacious than the others, especially the bathroom.  Breakfast very good for the price.  All items (except the acceptable bacon and eggs) wrapped separately, but you can take as many as you wish.  Wifi one of the best we have experienced on this summer's trip.

Good budget option near A16

Stayed one night on way home during lockdown!  We needed to leave early for the tunnel and the lady on reception very kindly got the baker to deliver early so we could have a ‘  breakfast in a bag ‘ to take with us.  Typical french budget hotel, clean but small room but perfectly adequate for a night.  Only about half an hour from the tunnel.

so handy for the peage and an easy drive from chunnel or ferry its just  1 mile off the road- up the hill from Bricolage.
i arrived at 5 but the manager was off -maybe in the loo- but booked in using the "atm" type machine outside -tip SAVE the code in your phone for this -it's not just after hours its useful.
The rooms have had an upgrade and the pink shower loo thing has gone-far better now. The heating had me perplexed -open the right side panel on the heater to access the control - then try and figure it out!
Usual vending machine snacks so take food with you or if you must the Grill place is a quich walk .Will sleeyphere  again !

getting better over the past few years

I stopped here with a group of 16 on a minicoach tour - the price had been great (very budget conscious!) and check-in was straightforward. 
The rooms were all clean, basic but adequately equipped with a good sized bed. 
The ensuite shower and loo all good and plenty of stowage for bags in the bedroom. 
Breakfast is 6.95€ extra - a basic buffet - breads, pastries, scrambled egg and bacon (though bacon looked off-putting) but able to fill up a group of American teens! 
All in all I recommend the B&B hotels tho cannot quite go to 5 stars as it is basic!  

What you pay is what you get in a good way! 

Hotel is cheap: 31 euro per person/night, (we stayed here 3 nights) quality is acceptable- even surprising for 2stars hotel. The cleaning comes every day, room is big enough, enough hangers, place for suitcases, clean bathroom, breakfast is small but enough, tasty croissants, choco, yogurts, good coffee, milk, there is free parking at the property, and plenty of fastfood restaurants in surroundings. Its quiet place. Because the check-in is digital and the room you have to open with a code, we cannot rate the staff. Price/quality is very good.

Stayed overnight for a quick jolly therefore this was ideal. Rooms are basic, but clean and adequate. The breakfast consisted of bacon and scrambled eggs, bread ,preserves and cereal tea and/or coffee. Very nice. Car needed.

Basic hotel in quiet area easily accessible very suitable for short stay

We have stayed here a number of times, based on location, price and meeting expectations, but this last visit has made us think we should reconsider.  Despite the relatively recent refurb, the hotel is now looking increasingly tired, although the rooms are probably as good as they can be within the space and structure.   Seems to be staffed for shorter hours than previously, so could be more difficult to deal with any problems. This time (unusually) disturbed several times up to 0300 by unreasonably loud guests, and then in the morning by the secondhand smoke gifted by inconsiderate people smoking outside our room (not theirs, very wise!) Location is excellent for travel to/from ferry/Eurotunnel, but the dining options within walking distance are functional rather than particularly attractive.
