It is impossible to overstate how wonderful and perfect are both the rooms and the restaurant. Just superb in every detail with a wonderful staff team led by Romain and Delphine Barthe. And the view over the rolling hills of Beaujolais from the breakfast room is sublime. And the whole experience is greatly enhanced by having read 'Clochmerle' prior to arriving in the village. We were lucky enough to have checked in on St Valentine Day, when Romain had developed a special menu, accompanied by wines chosen by Delphine. It was an experience for all the senses. Just wonderful. The rooms are appointed to a level that one would expect from an establishment with such high standards. A place in which every guest is made to feel special and welcomes. We will definitely be back.
