Hotel Acadie Les Ulis

We stayed here for two nights whilst attending the Ryder cup at nearby le golf nationale. I was a bit dubious on booking because of its two star rating but the pictures looked nice and to be honest I didn’t have a lot of other reasonably priced options. We were really pleasantly surprised. The restaurant area on arrival was really modern and inviting. We dealt with a number of staff who were all polite and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean and well decorated. The bathrooms arguably needed a bit of an update but was still nice. The room didn’t have air con which wasn’t as issue for us but I’m not sure how hot they’d get in the middle of summer. My only very slight complaint was that the hairdryer was pretty useless but in fairness I have very long thick hair and would usually always bring my own hair dryer for this reason but didn’t have the room in my case. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but mainly just because we didn’t get chance. As an aside we booked a taxi to CDG airport which cost 155 Euro. An Uber would have only been about 80 but our flight was early morning so we were worried there wouldn’t be any Uber’s about (I think this was daft actually so I would always recommend Uber’s. The cars are usually better and drivers more pleasant.
