This hotel is very cozy and the staff were extra kind, especially the guest relation's staff "Tamuna" who dealt with us like a daughter would deal with parents. We were really touched by her warm treatment. On the departure day, our car did not start, so the bellboy went out of his way and brought a jump cable to start the car because the battery was dead, and he requested a colleague to bring his car and they started the car for us. Such things make a difference to customers. The front desk manager was very helpful in finding us the suite we wanted and made sure we got what we wanted. The room was very nice with an amazing view and a hug balcony. All I can say is that I strongly recommend this hotel and I will certainly go back to it.
