We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Country house Uliana. The rooms were beautiful, the garden was peaceful and the food was delicious, what more could you want. Uliana and Gena made us feel very welcome and at home. We would highly recommend the guesthouse if you are thinking of visiting Kutaisi.

Cozy and comfortable place, quiet and a beautiful starry sky. Perfect to relax! The food is delicious (also for vegetarians like me) and Uliana, Geno and the kids are so special host! I highly recommend that place.

Uliana & Gena's guesthouse was the perfect nature retreat with lovely hosts, great homemade food (definitely order breakfast and dinner - so delicious and fresh), and beautiful & quiet nature setting. My partner and I especially loved laying in the hammocks, swimming in the amazing natural spring and playing with the adorable cats, dogs and rabbits. Uliana & Gena also had very good advice for local attractions and gave us a great tour of all their interesting permaculture projects and produce they are growing. This was the best guesthouse we have stayed in and most welcoming family - I highly recommend to everyone.

What a lovely guesthouse and wonderful local family - perfect place to experience real Georgian hospitality and be surrounded by beautiful nature. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated - perfect for us. Definitely request breakfast and dinner - Uliana is a great chef and makes traditional and creative local dishes with fresh ingredients right from their garden. Their homemade wine, preserves and compote are also amazing - and you can purchase some to take home with you too! We loved all the adorable animals on their lush property (bunnies, kittens, dogs, quails, pheasants, sheep) and so many delicious grapes and fruit trees everywhere. You can relax in the many hammocks on the terraces or in their lush gardens. They also have a natural spring you can swim in which is perfect for hot days. The sunset views from the guesthouse are also amazing. This was our favourite place and favourite family from our whole trip to Georgia - can’t recommend highly enough!

Uliana and Gennady created authentic Georgian place. They have many house animals (dogs, cats, chickens, sheeps, capercaillie, rabbits and many others) and they have no problem to show them all and tell you everything you want to know. Uliana is an excellent cook. We order breakfast and dinner and it looks like meal for kings. I recommend this accommodation to all people who likes calm place outside of the city. If you want to taste Georgian hospitality, this is place for you.

From the city bustle and noise we got into a village fairy tale, created by the hands of the owners of the house - Ulyana and Gennady.
Cozy beautiful house with a garden, terrace, where you can rest in silence, 
swing in a hammock, buddy up with a long-eared rabbit, a kitten and two dogs. 
We lived on the first floor of the house - two large bedrooms, a separate equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer) and bathroom.
Rooms are clean, comfortable furniture, beautiful beds, air conditioning, a fireplace. 
Particular pleasure we received from the delicious lavish breakfasts of Ulyana on the terrace in the garden. 
Escape from city life into village fairy tale (but with complete comfort). 
Gennady and Ulyana also conduct hikes along beautiful routes not trampled by crowds of tourists. We will definitely return here next year.

Uliana and her family have created a beautiful country home about 15 min drive from Kutaisi city center, some parts are still under construction. Very green setting, ponds in garden, hammocks under shady trees, animals run around (dogs, cats, rabbits, sheep, chicken), we were lucky to even have puppies to cuddle :) The outdoor pool is a children's plastic pool where you can get a quick cool of. 
Hosts are helpful and very friendly, picked us up from train station (30 GEL) and took us to the airport at night (50 GEL). We had a great time during our excursion to Nokalakevi archeological site and natural hot sulfur springs at the Tekhuri River (1.5 h drive, 4 h activity, 150 GEL.)
We had breakfast and dinner, which was really good and plenty, with home-made bread, wine and juice, accompanied by fresh salad. Uliana is a great cook! 
The apartment consists of two rooms, one with double bed and one single with a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is basic but authentic. Good airco, better still is the breeze through the opened windows with mosquito nets. 
If you do not have your own car you will have to walk approximately ten minutes from the main road. 
You can communicate in Englisch although it was a little tough on the phone.
