It's a personal house with 2 rented rooms (2 or 3 beds per room) and a central living room. Kitchen and (small) bathroom are modern, shared and clean. Very nice view from the kitchen (on the famous little Gergeti church and the mountain behind). Quiet place, the owner lives here by himself. He doesn't have a very good english level but he's a nice person (and you'll probably taste his home made wine !). Good russian level apparently tough. Very good memories of a diner with Russian customers to which we were seemlessly invited while tasting the wine. Recommended.
