We had booked an apartment in the centre of Kutaisi but due to a small fire we had to be relocated here late in the evening. This didn't put the owner out one bit and she was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. The next morning the owner put on a large breakfast and was very chatty despite her limited English and our limited Russian. If I remember correctly she spoke German as well

This Hostel with reasonable price and services. İt is 10 min(0.70Lari by bus) away from main Bazaar.Special thanks to Mr Oleg. He is very attentive, friendly, sensitive and very helpful person.
Is possible to agree city – airport taxi for 15Lari try it to find. დიდი მადლობა !!!

This was our last day in Georgia and frankly speaking we were a bit disappointed about Georgian famous hospitality  - we didn't find them neither hospitable nor very friendly. But the lady in El-Begi made us change our minds just before leaving the country. She was really friendly and helpful, showed around the house which is really big and has a nice living room with a pool table. Rooms are clean, but of course very simple. And the breakfast she cooked next morning was really delicious, just home food, but made with love. Highly recommended, but don't expect too much, it's not a luxurious hotel, just a nice old Georgian style apartment.

Very nice home stay experience

Came to our rescue!

Very helpful staff

We've stayed in February, both myself and my boyfriend, it was our last night of our week trip Georgia and Armenia... let's start from pluses:

Wifi worked fine, welcoming and helpful owner she helped us to find bus to Prometis cave. The breakfast was fantastic we were literally full after eating. Rooms were clean with basic furniture.

The localization of property is around 10min walk from city center, good restaurant is just around the corner as well as bakery with delicious traditional sweets and bread.

Minuses:

First of all owner wanted us to provide positive feedback on booking.com which was arrogant in our opinion.

Once we reached the property it was closed, we tried to open the door as well as knock all doors but with no result, We had to make a phone call so then woman noticed we're here and want to check-in. She totally confused check-in dates as she thought that we should have visited the day before the actual date. Very problematic situation!

The worst in the whole stay was a VERY cold room which was not prepared for tourists to stay in winter months! there were no warmer neither radiator. The room was quite big so it was hard to make it warmer during the night when temperature is under zero! Also there were wooden windows so the cold can easily irrupt to the room.

Don't have to mention that all other rooms where also cold - including bathroom where you can't even take a shower because of too low temp inside. The same in the kitchen. That's ridiculous!

If you've no conditions to provide a good accommodation for tourists then why you keep this property open during winter months where temperature is less than zero and in the room we had maybe 10*C????

The owner had crust to show us other rooms just to tell us that she has many beds for tourist so we should make a good promotion in the internet so they'll come later... I mean I trust her in the summer it must be better but during the winder the whole place should be CLOSED.
And no! I won't write a positive review about the property which is so bad prepared!
