Hotel Garni Sehn 

I was travelling around in the region from Afshaffenburg to Bad Soden, Bad Orb and Fulda this week. I had booked a room here purely based on the picture and was nicely surprised. Simply put: the picture tells the truth. My room cost in all 40,- euro's. For that price I was treated as a welcome and respected guest. Rooms are simple but for this price, you get a bit more than you expect: - one person non-smoking and very clean room, - comfortable bed, with cable-TV and W-lan, - sauna is included in the price (and it is very clean, very relaxing and very enjoyable) - the neighbourhood simply invites to have a long and very relaxin walk (e.g.: nature park, down the road, sharp left turn, up about 1 kilometer, park-get out-walk in a beautiful forest with all kinds of wild-life, very relaxing!) - they don't have their own restaurant, but there is plenty of good if not delicious restaurants in nearby (and again: surprisingly not expensive in general (!!) ) - very quiet and very peaceful neighborhood - do enjoy a visit also to the thermal kur-ord baths nearby :-). The hotel is a 3-star hotel and to my opinion correctly and deservedly so. Fair price, good service, kind people. For 40,- euro a night? Nice. Thanks Hotel Sehn. :-) PS: And thanks especially to the lady of the house: I was late out of bed but she still served me one of the best cups of morning-coffee ever :-)
