This was a surprisingly good stay. Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff and fantastic room and price. And it is in walking distance to the interesting parts of town. After a slight initial confusion with my booking that Yavuz was really great in sorting, everything went well and everyone was helpful. This hotel does not have a cookie cutter chain hotel style feel about it. My check-in with Thuy was fantastic. She went out of her way to make the process smooth. I am travelling solo this trip and the room was just right. Is it huge, no. But there was everything I needed - modern interior, comfortable bed and clean room, a mirror that made sense in that it was positioned so you could actually see yourself in it with no bed in the way, Nespresso machine, well appointed bathroom - etc etc. Even though it is cold here atm, it is also nice to be able to open a window for some fresh air. And seems like a boring thing. but powerpoints you could easily access and charge things. Thanks again Thuy for a great start!
