I had a great stay. Every team member at the hotel--from front desk reception, the club lounge, housekeeping, etc. was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for me--a short walk to the Christmas Market and many other sights in Frankfurt and only a two minute walk to the Konstablewache station to catch transport elsewhere (I went to Heidelberg for a day). I noticed some reviewers didn't think the Club Lounge was a good experience, but I thought it was really good. It's not going to have the same variety as the restaurant, but I found a wide variety of choices for breakfast as well as evening snacks. I found everyone that worked in the Lounge to be very friendly. I was extremey pleased with my experience at the Westin Frankfurt and would definitely recommend to others as well as stay again on any return visit to Frankfurt.
