Golden Rangau Hotel & Pension 

Hi Guys, I would like to share my experience about the stay at Pension Rangau Hotel at Langenzenn. This travel to Langenzenn was a long Business trip. To talk about the place, Langenzenn is a small town in the state of Bavaria. It is a beautiful place with a pleasant climate which is surrounded by farms & fields. It's 40 minute drive from the Nuremberg Airport. Transport Facilities: To reach Pension Rangau Hotel, it is advised to call the Hotel and ask for Shuttle service, which is cheaper than the taxi available in the Airport. Room: The room which was provided in Pension Rangau was quite comfortable for single occupancy. We cannot expect a spacious room for that budget. This is a budget hotel. The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, small table and a chair. The bathroom is clean and tidy. There’s no bathing tub. Amenities: In the room there is a mini fridge which is empty, a kettle, a small LED Television. The TV has cable connection with limited English channels. Mostly news channels. WiFi connection is available and its complimentary. The internet speed is good. Restaurant: In the first floor there is a dining area for breakfast. The Hotel provides complimentary breakfast. The breakfast includes varieties of bread, Kellogg corn flakes and Chocos, boiled egg, meat, butter, cheese, vegetables, milk and juice. The above mentioned food items are standard on all the days. There is a restaurant in the ground floor with a sports bar. People gather to watch the Football matches. There are also many other restaurants nearby. Other Facilities: There are many supermarkets near to Pension Rangau viz. Rewe, Norma, Aldi & Lidl. Rewe and Norma are close by. It’s a 15 ~ 20 min walk to Aldi and Lidl. Railway station is close by and the availability of trains are frequent especially to Nuremberg. Concerns: I had only one concern i.e. there are no taxis available in Langenzenn. Either you need to take the train or Shuttle service from the Hotel. Overall Experience: It is a decent hotel for people going for an business trip to Langenzenn. The hotel management was friendly and their hospitality was good. On the whole, I loved the place and the stay. Regards, Roy
