We really are bemused about the low grade reviews🤔 they totally confused us. We have stayed in many places around the world from self-catering to 5* Hotels. This Hotel reached beyond our expectations, Firstly, the location right by the sea, with its lovely maintained seaview lawn, swimming pool, breakfast room and rooftop terrace were all immaculately kept, as staff were constantly cleaning. Breakfast was fabulous with a vast array of choice, freshly baked pastries both sweet and savory (spinach and cheese - our personal favourites), fresh croissants and baked breads, eggs - boiled, fried, scrambled and omelets, baked beans, bacon, sausages, mushrooms. Plateur of cheeses, ham, salamis. Greek salad, fresh cut melons, fruit, yogurts, preservatives. Good choice of teas, juices and coffee in all its varieties, just as good a breakfast as the recent Mediterranean cruise we went on. The two staff Paulina and Alexandros cheerfully greeted us 😀😀 and created a warm atmosphere with their charming and hospitable personalities - they are a great asset to the hotel❤️❤️ Lastly to anyone reading the reviews and may be put off visiting this hotel, take a leaf out of our book and experience this hotel for yourself. We can sincerely say we are glad we chose to stay at the Iliessa Beach Hotel💫
