Hotel Ivory Retreat

Excellent stay, all sraffs were cooperative and service were prompt. House keeping service were excellent, specially Navdeep and Amit. I will love to stay here again. Foods specially breakfast was good. 

Hotel was average . Ac not working . Room service was dead slow . Ask for extra bed . In which only mattress came bed sheet and pillow didn't come. Nothing great or good . Except the parking facility .

Average hotel

I booked this Hotel for 30 people. We went to Ludhiana for a Marriage.

Positive:
1. Staff attitude is polite and excellent
2. Staff is cooperative in every manner
3. Food quality is excellent and tasty

Negative
1. Hotel GM Manager attitude is not at all good. Stays in EGO. Will talk to you like he is doing a favour to you by letting you stay in his hotel. We paid 100% payment in advance for the deal we booked. Then we asked for extra DJ service worth just 2500 but DJ man and GM created an issue and insulted us in front of our guest. Generally payment of extra service are settled at the time of checkout.
2. Staff is less. Not prepared to manage a group of more than 5 rooms. But as mentioned earlier. Staff is polite and well mannered unlike GM.
3. Hotel cleanliness is average. Be prepared to stay with red cockroachs and rats in room. We had sweets box with us (as we were there for a Marriage) and 🐀 ate few of them (without asking us 😂)

Overall stay was average.
Feedback: if GM can improve on his hospitality and also work on number of staff required, this hotel can well become above 3* hotel. Currently will rate it below 3* hotel.

Average stay and Average comfort

We were to check-in at this hotel in the early wee hours of a day.
The staff members were sleeping in the lobbyarea when we reached the hotel.
One of them woke up & told us we shall get the room only at 11am although we have had a booking for the previous day too.

Nevertheless, after some explanations to the staff person, we finally got the room.

The room was in a bad state:

1. Dirty sheets 
2. No toiletries (not even hand wash soap/lotion)
3. No towels
4. No complimentary water bottle
5. Leaking shower head
6. Wash basin had some falling from the roof

The only good part was the AC and the bathroom geyser were in decent working condition.

I guess the owner of this hotel is absolutely not interested to run this place.

Very POOR !!

I was there with a friend during personal travel. Room, bathroom, television everything was stinking. The bathroom was under construction. We came to know a secret that the Hotel gives third class room to OYO customers because the percentage earning of Hotels are low in such deals.... So? Let customers doom!

The so called free Wi-Fi signal was week, so week that we couldn't even connect at all. After complaint we got to know that for respected guests of OYO only few pathetic rooms were reserved.. treated like third class passengers on Indian trains :)

It was my first and last learning from OYO booking, I will never try again!

Ivory Retreat by OYO! Unacceptable standards and Horrible!

I stayed in hotel for 1 day and my experience was terrible. leakage in washrooms, AC was not working, sepage in every room. It was a horrible night for us. and aboveall there was only 1 staff at night. the hotel is perfect for unmarried couples and we have seen many in the hotel.
