DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro 

We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton in Jakarta after a great but exhausting six-week trip. The relaxing and beautiful Doubletree was exactly what we needed. The large pool lagoon area was restful and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large variety of food options. We were so tired, we didn’t even leave the hotel for dinner, which we enjoyed poolside. As we left the hotel to begin about 24 hours of flights to get home, my husband realized that he had left his cell phone in the room. Cell phones are essential these days for everything, including authentication, and in my husband’s case, he also uses it to connect his hearing aids. We were already close to the airport and it was too late to go back to the hotel without missing our flight. I contacted the hotel and the concierge Shosa immediately assisted me with everything—finding the phone and making all the necessary arrangements to get it back to us. She kept us informed each step of the way and one week later DHL delivered the perfectly wrapped and protected cell phone. The battery wasn’t even completely dead! We were extremely grateful. If you are looking for a restful paradise in Jakarta, look no further than the Doubletree.
