We have been to Bali many times but this was our first stay at Rama Residence Padma. From the booking process right through to check out, the service we received was exceptional. Triyuni on the front desk was always professional and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Sri, who was our waitress most mornings for breakfast ,was lovely and always greeted us was a happy smile. This hotel is truly a hidden gem and we will definitely be back.
