Chillhouse Lembongan 

This place deserves 5 stars ! It's on a small island and it is a home stay , so don't expect the luxury of a resort. However, it was great for a 4 night stay. I looked at other locations while on the island and realized we made the best choice by choosing the Chillhouse. The location - you are close to pretty much everything. You can walk to any cafe and restaurants and to the beach. The farthest beach point we went took us 30 minutes, which means we crossed the entire Main Street in this village , because the Lembongan does feel like a village. You are also close to the port, not the one the speed boat ( Rocky ) leaves you , the other ones which is a plus. I am so glad I booked here! Initially I was thinking to book by the bridge . After visiting I realized that there's not much to do there , so yay! The owners - Gede and his wife - are some of the best hosts! Their customer service is at a very high level. They are very welcoming and even let us extend our check out time by an hour . They arranged a taxi for us to take us to the port which was amazing. They also offer you packages to book through them which we did and it was the best choice , it was cheaper than Expedia or other sites and they also included transportation to the boat ( we booked Nusa Penida for 230k rp per person with driver included ). At the same time, we were able to book our ferry back to Bali and we didn't have to pay an extra for the taxi. They also own a store at the entrance to the home stay which is nice if you need to buy water or snacks. Upon our arrival , they offered us bottle of water in the room. The room - we got room 04 at the second floor. The room was very clean , the bathroom the same. We got the basic , towels and coffee and shower gel. Bring your own hoot drier and tooth brush and paste. We had a small leak at the sink , we did not mention about that , it was not a big deal. The room has AC which they prefer to turn off when you leave . On the first night , we let it on and we were pretty cold, as we did not get a blanket only a sheet to cover . So the following nights we turned it off and the temperature was perfect. Just fyi. The noise level - minimal, almost non existent, other than the birds. Thank you for an amazing stay, Chillhouse.
