On this, our fourth or fifth stay, Flavia and Stephania saved our bacon when our rental car broke down, leaving us stranded in a remote location. They picked us up, arranged for a tow truck and arranged for a taxi "a Porsche!" to drive us to a replacement rental car in Bolzano. We are very much in their debt. Such a beautiful hotel with beautiful, caring staff.
