Right before we arrived, I read a review here that was quite negative about this hotel but I completely disagree. We stayed with our 4 year old daughter in a family room in early October. Weather was cold, was raining one day, but it did not matter. The hotel had 3 pools, which all were open. That is so rare to find around here in October. One pool is heated and there’s a rooftop terrace. Other than that, the service is the best we have received in Italy. We were always greeted and welcomed and all was explained. You are escorted to your room and when you leave to your car. The attention to detail in decor and sitting areas is breathtaking. Everything is well thought through. The breakfast service is amazing. You are served and you can also help yourself for the buffet. The viewers are great everywhere. We had a wonderful time and our daughter cried when we had to leave. I wanted too ☺️ this is definitely on my return-to list.
