Charming, simply, tastefully decorated cave, with a lovely garden and delicious breakfasts on the patio overlooking the church and deep valley beyond. Comfortable bed & pillows, a well-designed bathroom for the space and, of course, amazing views. Go to see Claudio Levi's paintings in the gallery, and read his novel Christ Stopped at Eboli, to see how hard life was for the shepherds & peasants living in these caves. Then give thanks for your good luck, and understand the history of what went before. Then thank the owners here for taking such good care of the place, and of you. Highly recommended.
