Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This hotel is within easy walking distance of several metro stations, so it's convenient for getting around the city. There are steps to get into the building, but they have a mini lift for those with mobility issues, strollers, or heavy suitcases. The staff? Incredible. They were so helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. I need to give Sebastian a special shout out for always rushing to help my mother, who has difficulty with stairs. The rooms here are a nice size! If you're an international traveler and have two large suitcases, you will have room to open both suitcases (which can be a challenge to find in Europe). The beds were comfortable, not too firm, but nice and supportive. I'm a side sleeper, and slept very well every night. I added pictures to show the cool lighting within/outside the rooms at night, but don't worry, there are blackout curtains that block the light, and you have the ability to turn them off if you please. I wanted to keep the aesthetic going for people looking at the building from outside, so I used the blackout curtains. I also always felt safe at this hotel. The staff are clearly paying attention, so you don't need to worry about someone touching/taking your belongings during check-in like I've seen mentioned at other hotels close to Milano Centrale. All in all, we loved our stay and would happily stay here again!
