Palazzo Parigi defines luxury in Milan. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the warmth and professionalism that only the very finest hotels seem able to achieve. Every interaction from the GM, concierge, front desk & valet team was seamless, gracious, and genuinely welcoming. No request was ever too much trouble, and every detail was handled with remarkable efficiency. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, offering a level of comfort and elegance that is increasingly rare. What impressed us most was the hotel’s ability to combine grand, five-star luxury with highly personalized service. It is polished without ever feeling formal, attentive without being intrusive. After this stay, there is no question where we will stay whenever in Milan. Palazzo Parigi is our hotel of choice.
