A fantastic experience, highly recommended! We stayed in the apartment over the tasting room which was immaculate and huge. There was only two of us but it would be perfect for a family or a larger group as there were 3 bedrooms. The meal and tasting experience was exceptional. We were given a extensive tour of the wine making facilities ahead of a 4 course dinner and tasting of the rose and red wines that Cordelia produces. Aldo’s cooking gave us the best meal we’ve had in Italy and we were so full we didn’t need breakfast in the morning. I’d highly recommend Cordelia for a relaxing authentic break in Tuscany.
