Surprise, Surprise! After 500 km by car finding a nice Rustico around Bolsena Lake we decide to find a hotel in the afternoon. Recommendation was a 4-star Resort in Sutri, but unfortunately the climate-control system was broken and we decide to look left and right from Cassia road and....that's the surprise, after a long dusty countryside road we found Casa della Ghiadaia. It was late and Christina, the owner, told us no rooms available. But she offered us friendly another accomodation near by. "Sit down and have a refreshment she said and my staff will pick you up from here". Long story short answer: We had a very good dinner and the rooms are clean and over all the hospitality from Christina was excellent. She is an extraordinary human with great sense of humour. and, of course, a very good cook. One word: Awesome! Never expected behind such a dusty road a - piece of heaven- ! Bernd from Germany
