More of a hotel than a hostel, very comfortable and clean, staff are friendly and location is amazing. Previous reviews are somewhat hilarious - elevators in Italy are small, this place does not have bedbugs (there IS an outbreak in France however, perhaps the visitor had come from there?) area was amazing (kids at the bodega outside are college kids, not "junkies") with plenty of restaurants and museums within walking distance. As with many Italian hotels, you have to insert one of the keys inside the room once you enter to turn on the electricity (response to someone who complained there was no power.) It was affordable and we liked it so much that we came back for a second visit!

    What was good

    Great location, close to all sightseeings. Quite and safe.

    I took room Deluxe, it was clean and nice. Beds were super comfortable, in bathroom I had everything I needed.

    Cleaning was done every day.

    Stuff was very friendly and ready to help with all questions.
