71 reviewsThis was by far the best hotel we stayed at on a 10 day cycling trip in Italy. Even though this is a small town without many attractions near Modena the hotel was absolutely beautifully appointed. The rooms are very cleanly decorated with modern euro styled fittings. We had a spacious balcony. The shower was super powerful. WIFI worked great. We arrived on bicycles and they showed us down to the garage below to store them. The lady who runs the hotel (I suspect is the owner) is the warmest, most welcoming individual I have met in a hotel. Always smiling, she was a pleasure to deal with. She took great care of us and went to lengths to orientate us to the town and point out a couple of restaurants for the evening meal. Breakfast was super with the attentive owner offering us as much as we wanted. Ham turned out to be a plate of the most delicious Parma (very close) ham which was melt in your mouth delicious.
