My family and I found this lovely hotel on bookings and decided to call privately to book our room. Nadia was really helpful providing exceptional customer service and driving us through different options. As mentioned in the website it is a very dog friendly place, the team provided water at the entrance and a choice of either chicken or beef treat for our Laki. Simone was really professional and responsible of Covid rules, he showed us around and gave us a beautiful room with balcony and swimming pool and see view. Laki had is own bed provided by the staff. The atmosphere was truly relaxing and nature around (the so called foresta) made it better. The hotel is not right on the seafront, but is it only 4 minutes away, making its position even closer to the highway, in case during your stay you want to see the wonderful places close to Praia a Mare. Breakfast was good, the outside swimming pool was great, cleaning standards were exceptional, plus the hotel was being refurbished, so I cannot wait to come back next year and see the progress. I would love to see a tanning area in the beautiful terrace.
