OMG...this has to be one of the strangest places we've ever stayed...starting with our arrival at 11pm...huge fireworks display as we walked into the hotel We arrived in cut offs and flip flops to find ourselves in the midst of not one but three wedding ceremonies. They apparently host about 700 weddings and events a year. This is the most kitchy place I've ever been. If you are curious...you must go. The room was huge and comfortable...with as many have noted, a big Jesus on the crucifix over the bed -- however comfy and air conditioned which was great as it was very hot. Breakfast was good...we only stayed til just after breakfast so didn't experience more than that...but the 3 weddings were enough! Not to be missed! Apparently it is the venue for an Italian reality tv show called , My Crazy Italian Wedding. Not found here in the U.S but I can imagine the show....
